We are highly successful in delivering desktop services and are able to gear for spare parts, back-up equipment, invest in training and skills upliftment to accommodate the changing IT environment (hardware/software) and IT requirements demanded by the changing business needs. We have the necessary accreditation and an alliance with the OEM’s to attend to both in and out of warranty equipment. We have systems, processes, procedures and management in place to fast track changes and adapt where necessary to accommodate the changing environments.

Access to national infrastructure is a critical success factor for organisations supporting large corporate and government clients, we also have a branch service infrastructure which is widely represented throughout South Africa, as well as in neighbouring countries. The head office is in Midrand, with presence in service centres located in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein.
